The property has been updated to now have two separate addresses. The main house is a 1 bedroom bungalow craftsman and the garage has been converted into an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), it also has a separate side entrance.
This has allowed me to maximize my income potential. As a host, I'm now able to accommodate four guest during one stay. It has a shared outdoor access laundry unit, and also a shared backyard lounge area with a hot tub and a grill.
I converted this 320 foot garage into a full studio apartment. It has a shower, half bath, and full kitchen. This apartment has been named, "The Wonder Woman Suite".
The design style is bright, bold and vibrant and boast a fun feminine energy. The artwork is filled, and limited to only female super heroes.
Although the home is 100 years old, it has updated: electrical, dimmable recessed lighting, new flooring throughout, new cabinets, enclosed glass showers and an outdoor entertainment space.
