The vast majority of individuals who own a Ferrari are male, at a staggering 98%. The current age group for Ferrari owners is between 35 and 55 years of age, with most of them coming in at 51years old. The objective of this project is to welcome and educate the consumer. The store is designed to promote Ferraris' apparel, shoes and accessories to a younger and gender neutral customer base.

The commercial retail space is located at 295 Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hill, CA. This luxurious location is prime for foot traffic and tourist.

The store has been designed using human factors to accommodate ADA compliant dressing rooms, restrooms, and counter space. The design also uses interactive video graphic screens to allow customers to shop new products while in the store.

The aesthetic for the retail space has been kept minimal to allow for bold gold accents to be used on the exterior façade and the interior. The use of green ivy foliage on the exterior store front was intentionally placed to connect the brands infamous, Spanish Green,

into the design. The absence of other colors used in the palette focuses the attention on the brands signature palette that buyers are most familiar with.

The project materials consist of: Light washed polished concrete interior/exterior walls, Northern Red Oak wooden furniture, Marble Epoxy flooring, and 3D Golden wall accents for a luminous effect.
